Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) can be reached directly at privacy@appqor.com.

02

Categories of Information We Collect

We practice strict data minimization and collect only the minimum information required to operate our software services, synchronize cloud progress, process store transactions, and maintain stability:

• Voluntarily Provided Account & Inquiry Data: Name, email address, organization details, or support attachments when you submit a form on our website, or optional OAuth profile identifiers (Google Sign-In, Play Games Services, Sign in with Apple) when you enable cloud save synchronization inside our apps.

• Automated Telemetry & Crash Diagnostics: Ephemeral IP address (for regional routing and DDoS mitigation), operating system version, device model, app version code, and crash stack traces via Google Firebase Crashlytics.

• Advertising & Monetization Identifiers (Ad-Supported Apps/Games Only): Resettable mobile advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID / AAID on Android; IDFA on iOS subject to explicit App Tracking Transparency consent) used by Google AdMob for frequency capping, fraud prevention, and contextual or consented personalized ads.

03

Google Play User Data Policy & Apple App Store Governance

All mobile applications and games engineered and published by AppQor strictly comply with the Google Play Developer Program Policies (including User Data, Prominent Disclosure, Permissions, and Target SDK 35 mandates) and Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Section 5.1 Privacy & Privacy Manifests):

• Prominent In-App Disclosure: Whenever an application requests sensitive runtime permissions (such as Camera, Microphone, Notifications, or Health/Fitness sensors), a clear contextual rationale is displayed prior to the system permission prompt.

• Zero Sale of Personal Data: AppQor never sells, rents, or trades user personal data, contact lists, biometric data, or private communications to third-party data brokers.

• Encryption in Transit & at Rest: All network traffic between our mobile apps, browser extensions, and cloud APIs is encrypted using TLS 1.3 and HTTPS.

04

AdMob, Firebase, Play Billing & StoreKit Disclosures

• Google AdMob (pub-9331877492001087): In free, ad-supported mobile apps and games, we integrate the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK. Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are presented with a certified IAB TCF v2.2 consent banner, and iOS users are presented with the native App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.

• Google Play Billing & Apple StoreKit 2: All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed natively by Google Play or Apple App Store. AppQor never receives, processes, or stores your credit card number, bank account details, or raw billing credentials—only cryptographic purchase verification tokens.

• Browser Extensions (Chrome Web Store Manifest V3): Our browser extensions execute locally within your browser sandbox, never load remote code, and never inspect or transmit unrelated browsing history.

05

Account & User Data Deletion Rights (In-App & Web Portal)

You have the unconditional right to delete your account and purge all associated personal or cloud data at any time:

• In-App Self-Service Deletion: Navigate to Settings > Privacy & Account > Delete Account & Data inside any AppQor application to trigger immediate erasure.

• Web Deletion Portal (No App Reinstall Required): Visit https://appqor.com/data-deletion to submit an online deletion request using your email, User ID, or Gamer ID. Active database records are purged within 72 hours, and encrypted backups roll over within 30 days.

06

GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA & COPPA Children’s Privacy

• EEA & UK Residents (GDPR): You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectify (Art. 16), erase (Art. 17), restrict processing (Art. 18), port your data (Art. 20), and withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

• California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what categories of personal information are collected, request deletion, opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising via in-app consent settings, and experience zero discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

• Children’s Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families Policy): We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in applicable jurisdictions). In family-friendly games, AdMob is strictly configured with tagForChildDirectedTreatment (TFCD) and tagForUnderAgeOfConsent (TFUA) flags so only contextual, G-rated non-personalized ads are served.
