Terms and Conditions & End-User License (EULA)

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Client," or "Player") and Appqor, operating commercially as Appqor ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), headquartered at Munshi Bari, Village: Mourbhi, 06 No. Nishanbaria Union, Post Office: Sobahanpara - 8710, Upazila: Taltali, District: Barguna, Bangladesh.

By accessing https://appqor.com, engaging our software engineering services, or downloading, installing, or using any mobile application, game, or browser extension published by Appqor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (https://appqor.com/privacy-policy).

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Appqor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our published applications, games, and browser extensions solely for your personal or authorized internal business use.

• Prohibited Conduct: You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, modify, inject unauthorized scripts, bypass Play Integrity / App Attest checks, or exploit automated bots/cheats in any AppQor application or game.

• Apple App Store Minimum EULA Terms: For applications downloaded via the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Appqor only, not with Apple Inc., and that Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA.

Certain AppQor mobile applications and games offer optional in-app purchases (IAP), virtual currencies, or auto-renewing subscriptions processed exclusively via Google Play Billing or Apple StoreKit:

• Virtual Items: Virtual coins, gems, skins, and unlockables have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency or transferred outside the application.

• Subscription Management & Refunds: You may cancel auto-renewing subscriptions at any time via your Google Play Store or Apple ID Account Settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refund requests are governed by the respective policies of Google Play and Apple App Store.

When you engage AppQor for custom website, mobile app, game, or browser extension development under a Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA):

• Intellectual Property Assignment: Upon full settlement of milestone invoices, 100% of custom source code, UI/UX assets, and project deliverables created specifically for the Client are assigned to the Client.

• Pre-Existing Tooling: AppQor retains ownership of its pre-existing boilerplate utilities, internal build scripts, and open-source frameworks, granting the Client a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them within the delivered product.

Except as expressly guaranteed in a signed enterprise SLA, our public website, free applications, games, and browser extensions are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Appqor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising out of your use or inability to use our products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while respecting mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence (including EU/UK consumer laws).
